VELOLINE is the new pallet linear base system of VELOMAT with a mechanical drive. An innovative transmission system allows the indexing motion of the "chain".
Operating cams act directly on the pallets, thus granting an absolute precision and repeatability of the positioning.
The precision, experience and the care assured by Colombo Filippetti spa in the details, permit a high number of cycles/minute with a fast, smooth and vibration-free intermittent motion.
The pallets are made of aluminium and their shape and dimensions are independent from the chain pitch. It is possible to choose both the pitch to be carried out and the total number of pallets.
The system can operate in any orientation with the front of the pallets in vertical position, or with the front of the pallets in horizontal position. The space between the sides of the pallets is closed by suitable rubber sealings to avoid dust, swarfs or anything to fall into the guides.
