RIG Series
The RIG series is designed for applications that require the best balance of compactness, speed and load capacity. RIG tables use a globoidal cam to convert continuous input rotary motion into intermittent motion of the output disc. The disc rests on a large-diameter crossed roller bearing with high axial, radial and tilting-moment load capacities, maintaining high levels of precision and rigidity.
The wide range of available output disc configurations and achievable motion laws, together with the compact structure, high indexing precision, rigidity and absence of play during dwell, make it possible to achieve fast, smooth and reliable motion even in tight spaces, across a broad range of applications.
They are particularly well suited as the basis for automatic assembly, filling and feeding machines, and high-precision packaging lines.
IR Series
IR rotary tables are designed for heavy-duty applications requiring high load capacity and maximum structural rigidity. The rotary motion of the input shaft is converted into intermittent motion of the output disc by a cylindrical cam and a set of specially designed rollers. The output disc is supported by a large crossed roller bearing which, together with the cam, the rollers and a robust cast-iron table, ensures precision and reliability even under high loads and inertias.
IR series tables are the ideal choice for part-changing, deburring, cutting, welding and forming applications, primary handling operations even in demanding environments, and in general for systems subject to high dynamic loads.
The various available output disc configurations allow mechanical drives, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls for supplementary movements to pass centrally through the table, or provide a central hub for supporting static tooling.
CF4 Series
The CF4 series is used in all applications requiring fast displacements, high speeds and maximum configurability to adapt to each specific need.
The globoidal cam system enables rapid acceleration, smooth motion, repeatability and preloaded, play-free dwell positions.
In particular, CF4 series tables can provide either intermittent or oscillating output motion depending on specific requirements, and are characterized by extreme versatility and configurability, making them ideal as both primary movements and auxiliary drives.
CF4 tables are used in high-throughput automatic lines, feeding, loading and unloading systems, tracking for inspection, filling or washing, high-speed packaging, and systems where short cycle times, customization and reliability are strategic factors.
